1. Monolayer Extrusion Lines
Our production begins with high-speed Monolayer Extrusion plants that transform premium raw granules into high-quality films.
• Uniform Micron Control: We specialize in Monolayer technology that ensures consistent thickness across the entire width of the film, providing superior strength to our LDPE, LLDPE, and HM products.
• Material Purity: Our lines are optimized to process 100% Virgin Material, resulting in high-clarity films with maximum puncture resistance.
2. Versatile Flexographic Printing Division
At S. P. Industries, we offer specialized printing solutions to ensure your brand stands out with clarity and durability.
Multi-Color Flexographic Printing Setup
To support your branding needs, we have an advanced in-house printing department:
• High-Definition Printing: Capable of sharp, multi-color printing for logos, product details, and brand messaging directly on the bags and films.
• Roll-to-Roll Printing: This high-efficiency system is designed for continuous printing on film rolls. It is the perfect solution for bulk orders of woven bags and liners, ensuring flawless print consistency from start to finish.
• Bag-to-Bag Printing: We possess the capability to print directly on finished bags. This allows for high precision and customization on individual PP Woven and Sugar Bags.
• Back-to-Back (Double-Sided) Printing: Our machinery supports simultaneous printing on both the front and back of the bag. This is ideal for displaying your brand logo on one side and technical specifications or statutory information on the other.
3. Precision Cutting Unit
To ensure perfect dimensions for every order, we utilize automated cutting technology:
• Heat & Cold Cutting: Depending on the material (PP or LDPE), we use specialized cutting methods to ensure clean, non-fraying edges.
• High-Speed Accuracy: Our automated cutters ensure that every bag in a bulk order is identical in size, making them compatible with automatic filling plants.
4. Heavy-Duty Industrial Stitching Unit
The strength of a bag lies in its seams. Our stitching unit is equipped with industrial-grade machinery for maximum load-bearing capacity:
• Reinforced Bottom Stitching: We use heavy-duty stitching techniques specifically for Sugar Bags and PP Woven Bags to prevent leakage and handle weights of 50kg or more.
• High-Tenacity Thread: We use premium quality, chemically resistant threads that ensure the bag remains intact even during rough transit and stacking.
• Chain Stitching: For fine powders and sugar, we provide tight chain-stitching to ensure zero-leakage performance.
5. Quality Testing & Assurance
Every batch produced at our Delhi Road facility undergoes rigorous quality checks:
• Tensile Strength Test: To verify the load-bearing capacity of the fabric.
• Micron Verification: To ensure the film thickness strictly matches the client’s order.
• Drop Test: Ensuring our stitched bags can withstand real-world handling and impact.
